Recruitment Officer – Emirati Future Leaders

About the role

The Recruitment Officer will support Khidmah’s talent acquisition efforts for Emirati Future Leaders, handling end‑to‑end hiring for a range of positions from Grade 6‑9 to senior management. You will ensure a smooth recruitment process, maintain a positive candidate experience, and help meet Emiratization targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through online portals (LinkedIn, Bayt, etc.) and offline channels.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Prepare and release offer letters, ensure salary and CTC calculations align with Korn Ferry study.
• Coordinate visa processing, payroll hand‑over, and new‑joiner orientation.
• Maintain recruitment records, budgets, and compliance with UAE labour law.
• Provide weekly recruitment reports for professional staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet Emiratization targets.
• Familiarity with UAE labour regulations and internal HR policies.
• Experience handling recruitment for Grade 6‑9 and senior management roles.
• Strong organizational skills to manage offer letters, onboarding checklists, and visa documentation.
