Recruitment Specialist – HR

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and professional Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels and methods.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and tailor recruitment strategies for each role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights on hiring trends, time‑to‑fill, and cost‑per‑hire.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications and references.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend timelines and candidate profiles.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in employer branding activities and attend job fairs or recruitment events.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and UAE employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
• Multilingual capabilities, preferably Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of social media platforms for candidate sourcing and employer branding.
