Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to own end‑to‑end hiring for its fast‑growing hospitality and property‑management business across the UAE and Armenia. You will be the single point of accountability for moving every vacancy from sourcing to hand‑over, ensuring the right talent is placed quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruitment for all functions, from intake to offer coordination and hand‑over to onboarding.
• Maintain a live pipeline and ensure no vacancy remains idle for more than a week.
• Conduct structured phone and in‑person screenings before presenting candidates to hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia.
• Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels, using direct outreach.
• Keep the careers page up‑to‑date and close postings when filled.
• Build and nurture a warm bench of recurring roles such as housekeeping, maintenance technicians, drivers and guest support.
• Run the employee referral program and report weekly pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or property‑management.
• Proven ability to make routine hiring decisions independently and act quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort coordinating across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication with hiring managers and candidates.
