Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our hospitality, airline and cruise‑liner operations. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires frequent travel across multiple branches to build talent pipelines and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for hospitality, airline (cabin crew/ground staff) and cruise‑liner positions.
• Develop and maintain specialist sourcing strategies, leveraging agency and institute networks.
• Coordinate multi‑branch travel to conduct interviews, attend job fairs and meet with partners.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and job portals, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and visa processes.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of pure recruitment/talent acquisition experience, exclusively in recruitment rather than generalist HR.
• Demonstrable recruitment success within hospitality, airline or cruise‑liner sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Energetic, self‑driven professional comfortable with a fast‑paced environment and frequent travel.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi; a valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and Naukri.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law and visa processes (preferred).
