Recruitment Specialist - Projects

About the role

Provide dedicated technical resourcing support to the ESP Business Unit for tenders, project-specific manpower requirements and project mobilization. The role focuses on project‑based and tender‑related recruitment, not permanent hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with ESP Business Head, Project Managers and Tendering/Proposal teams to understand technical manpower needs.
• Source, screen and shortlist qualified technical professionals based on tender specifications and project requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool and keep accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
• Coordinate preparation, formatting and submission of candidate CVs for tender compliance.
• Support project mobilization by sourcing and coordinating technical resources within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, technical resourcing or manpower sourcing.
• Experience in engineering, inspection, testing, construction, energy, oil & gas or similar technical/project‑based industries is highly desirable.
• Experience working with tender/proposal teams and project mobilization is a strong advantage.
