About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to lead headhunting efforts for top‑tier real‑estate agents in Dubai. You will be the face of H&S Real Estate, sourcing high‑performing talent and promoting our market‑leading vision.

Key responsibilities

• Aggressively source and headhunt elite real‑estate agents across Dubai.
• Conduct high‑level interviews, presenting the H&S brand and growth opportunities.
• Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding and first deal.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to refine recruitment strategy and support business expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting real‑estate agents in Dubai.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages such as Russian or Chinese are a plus.
• Proven network and ability to locate the top 1% of agents.
• Professional, polished demeanor with capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, 6‑day work week environment.
