Regional Accounting Manager – Middle East

About the role

Reporting to the Global Finance Director, the Regional Accounting Manager will lead the accounting and financial reporting function for the Group's UAE entities. The position ensures accurate books, timely month‑end close and reliable management reporting while supporting regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day accounting, month‑end close and preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports under IFRS.
• Oversee UAE tax, regulatory compliance and coordinate statutory audits.
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls and support ERP implementation.
• Manage cash planning, banking administration, payroll accounting and act as finance partner for regional stakeholders.
• Lead the local accounting team and manage outsourced finance service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA/CA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in technology or fast‑moving multinational environments.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and hands‑on experience with intercompany accounting and consolidation.
• Familiarity with UAE tax and free‑zone requirements.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
