Regional Controller – Middle East & Africa (Dubai)

About the role

Based at the regional headquarters in Dubai, the Regional Controller will support financial control and reporting across the Middle East and Africa for a global group with 14,000 employees. The role works closely with the Regional CFO and local finance teams in multiple countries, with travel to business sites throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure reliable and consistent financial reporting across the region.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and monitor internal controls and compliance.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to resolve reporting or process issues and align practices with Group requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a regional finance or controlling role and 10+ years overall financial management experience.
• Professional experience in the Middle East region (essential).
• Exposure to an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships with finance teams and senior stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Required skills

• Strong technical skills in financial control, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitoring internal controls and compliance.
