Regional Controller – Middle East & Africa (Dubai)

About the role

Based at the Group’s regional headquarters in Dubai, the Regional Controller will support financial control and reporting across the Middle East and Africa. The region comprises roughly 900 employees, spanning commercial businesses and production operations, and the role works closely with the Regional CFO and local finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, consistent financial reporting across the region.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor internal controls and compliance, and align local practices with Group requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a similar regional finance or controlling role and 10+ years overall financial management experience.
• Professional experience in the Middle East region (essential).
• Exposure to an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships with finance teams and senior stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
