Regional Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Delivery Manager to lead and optimise delivery operations across the region, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery while meeting service level agreements and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise delivery operations, including route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead a team of delivery personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Analyze and improve delivery processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as customer service, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
• Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics, including on‑time delivery, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate delivery disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or delivery management, preferably in a regional or senior role.
• Proven track record of improving delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics operations management systems (LMS).
