Regional Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Delivery Manager to lead and optimise delivery operations across the region, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery to our customers while meeting service level agreements and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise delivery operations, including route planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of delivery personnel, providing guidance, coaching and development opportunities.
• Analyse and improve delivery processes to achieve cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as customer service, sales and logistics to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics including on‑time delivery, order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or delivery management, preferably in a regional or senior role.
• Proven track record of improving delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience with Logistics Management Systems (LMS).
