Regional Director – Hotel Performance (IMEAT)

About the role

The Regional Director Hotel Performance (IMEAT) will lead the performance strategy for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems across the United Arab Emirates. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with Operations, owners and key stakeholders to drive revenue, quality and commercial excellence in line with the group’s vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional revenue and performance targets for all luxury hotel brands.
• Collaborate with the Regional VP Operations to align operational and commercial initiatives.
• Build trusted partnerships with hotel owners and senior stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the brands.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, focusing on quality, profitability and guest experience.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Global Head of Hotel Performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel performance, revenue management or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in luxury hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across multicultural environments.
