Regional Head of Human Resources

About the role

A growing business based in Dubai is hiring, through its own recruiter, a Regional Head of HR to lead its people strategy and scale its HR function. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone with a proven track record of building and transforming HR functions in fast-growing organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HR strategy across multiple regions.
• Lead compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management and learning and development.
• Drive organisational design, workforce planning and HR transformation.
• Establish HR policies, governance and compliance across international markets.
• Build and develop the HR team across the UAE and overseas.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in human resources.
• Experience leading HR regionally; GCC experience is a must.
• Proven ability to build and scale HR functions in fast-growing businesses.
• Strong track record in transformation and experience supporting large workforces.
• Commercially minded, strategic and hands-on leader.
