Regional Head Supply Chain EMEA

About the role

Worley is seeking a Regional Head of Supply Chain for the EMEA region. This senior leader will drive strategic alignment, cultural transformation, and operational excellence across all supply chain activities, supporting the company’s vision of sustainable energy and resource solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the end‑to‑end regional supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain continuity.
• Aggregate regional demand and collaborate with global teams to achieve economies of scale.
• Ensure vendor and subcontractor performance meets contractual obligations.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team environment that promotes innovation and sustainability.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of EPC full‑project delivery experience.
• Proven track record in capital project procurement, sub‑contracts, logistics, expediting, supplier inspection, and materials management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cultural change and organizational excellence.
• Willingness to be based anywhere within the EMEA region while supporting a Dubai‑based operation.
