Regional Head Supply Chain, EMEA

About the role

Worley Parsons is seeking a Regional Head of Supply Chain for the EMEA region. This senior leader will drive strategic alignment, cultural transformation and organisational excellence across our EPC projects, ensuring flawless execution from procurement to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Set clear goals and ensure synergy between people, processes and tools across the EMEA supply‑chain function.
• Lead stakeholder advocacy, fostering a participative, high‑performing team environment.
• Oversee capital project procurement, sub‑contracts, logistics, expediting, supplier inspection and materials management for large‑scale energy, chemicals and resources projects.
• Attract, develop and retain top talent, placing the right people in the right roles at the right time.
• Translate complex information from multiple sources into actionable solutions that support Worley’s sustainability vision.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of EPC full‑project delivery experience.
• Proven background in capital‑project procurement, sub‑contracts, logistics, expediting, supplier inspection and materials management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and drive organisational excellence.
