Regional IT Director

About the role

We are seeking a Regional IT Director to lead IT activities across multiple countries and divisions in the Dubai region. The role serves as the primary contact for all IT matters, delivering and supporting solutions on behalf of the BTS organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT activities across four medium‑sized or strategic countries, covering multiple divisions and domains.
• Act as the main point of contact for regional IT issues and coordinate with BTS products and services.
• Chair the Regional IT Council to ensure alignment among all IT organizations and represent the function to customers and business partners.
• Prepare consolidation materials, track integration milestones, and update site executive management for Business Advisory Committee decisions.
• Deliver application and infrastructure solutions, maintain project and application portfolios, and support business projects with IT involvement.
• Lead the regional IT team, participate in strategic BAC decisions, and ensure delivery of affiliate IT solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and developing regional IT teams.
• Experience acting as a liaison between IT and business units, including participation in Business Advisory Committees.
• Strong understanding of IT portfolio, demand management, and integration processes.
• Ability to represent the organization strategically within the industry and community.
