Regional Manager - Parts Sales

About the role

The Regional Manager – Parts Sales will lead the strategic planning, implementation and growth of Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s genuine OEM and aftermarket parts, tyres and battery business across the UAE. This senior position is responsible for driving revenue, profitability and market share within the B2B trade‑counter network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for OEM, OES aftermarket parts, tyres and batteries.
• Direct and coordinate operations of parts trade and distribution hubs throughout the UAE.
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate with aftermarket, tyre and battery teams to expand product range and coverage.
• Identify growth opportunities, optimise account structures and drive performance through the trade network.
• Lead projects, committees and initiatives that enhance the overall B2B parts business.
• Implement long‑term sales and operational goals aligned with corporate growth objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in parts sales or automotive aftermarket business management.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving market share.
• Strong leadership and business acumen with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
