Regional Market Access Director, META

About the role

The L-Acino position is based in the UAE or KSA and reports directly to the Head of Region, META. It is responsible for developing and executing market access strategies across the META region so that patients have sustainable access to Arcera's medicines. The role shapes external environments, drives access excellence and aligns pricing, reimbursement and policy initiatives with Arcera's growth and innovation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional market access strategies for current and pipeline products, aligned with portfolio strategy, launch plans and commercial goals
• Drive access readiness and reimbursement pathways for upcoming launches
• Shape pricing strategies and governance with Global Market Access and country teams, and lead regional pricing projects such as reference pricing, tender analysis and HTA readiness
• Support country teams in P&R submissions, pricing negotiations and value communication
• Build relationships with payers, policy makers and health authorities, and influence policy and reimbursement frameworks
• Represent Arcera in external forums and associations, and partner with commercial, medical, regulatory and government affairs teams
• Develop regional value dossiers, economic models and pricing tools, using real-world evidence and health economics
• Train and equip local teams, monitor access KPIs and optimise strategies based on market insights

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics or Public Health; Master's preferred
• 12+ years of experience in market access or health economics in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience across multiple META markets and therapeutic areas, including primary care and specialty
• Proven track record of securing access and reimbursement for innovative products
• Understanding of regional policy, pricing regulations and healthcare systems
