Regional Marketing Coordinator - Africa

About the role

At OBT Group, the Regional Marketing Coordinator – Africa is based in the Dubai headquarters and serves as the day‑to‑day marketing liaison for OBT offices across the continent. The role ensures that marketing plans, brand standards and content requirements are consistently applied, supporting social media, events and supplier coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing contact between Group HQ and African offices, ensuring compliance with SOPs and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the delivery of the Group’s social‑media and content calendar, collecting stories, photos and videos from local teams.
• Manage relationships with photographers, videographers and local suppliers, briefing them and overseeing content delivery.
• Support exhibitions, events and roadshows, including stand setup, branding, merchandise and on‑site coordination.
• Maintain a central library of approved brand assets and track marketing material stock across African offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications or events.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to organise multiple countries, suppliers and deadlines simultaneously.

Required skills

• Strong PowerPoint skills using approved templates.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook for corporate social‑media management.
