Regional Marketing Manager Africa & Türkiye

About the role

Milestone Systems, a provider of data-driven video technology software, is hiring a Regional Marketing Manager for Africa and Türkiye, based in Dubai on a hybrid basis. The role acts as the marketing lead for the territories and the primary marketing contact to local sales leadership and key channel stakeholders, reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing, EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the annual marketing plan for Africa and Türkiye, aligning investments and activities with commercial objectives and growth targets.
• Partner with Sales, Channel Business Managers and Distribution Channel Managers to identify priority markets and growth opportunities, and run joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers and technology partners.
• Lead demand generation across the region, including trade shows, partner and customer events, webinars, digital campaigns and field marketing.
• Localize and activate global and EMEA campaigns, and define and track campaign objectives, KPIs, pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and partner marketing funds, ensuring effective allocation and compliance with governance.
• Build trusted relationships with sales leadership and partners, and work with Global Marketing and EMEA Marketing to align priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven B2B marketing experience in a two-tier channel model, with strong experience developing marketing plans with channel partners.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets and stakeholders across markets, and building relationships with sales and partners.
• Experience across cultures and geographies; native or bilingual English, with professional Arabic, French and/or Turkish is an advantage.
• Preferred: technology or software industry background, and strong event and field marketing experience.
