About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across the UAE region, driving brand awareness and business growth for Apparel Group. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement regional marketing plans that align with corporate objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, social media, events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, product and creative teams to ensure alignment and maximise ROI.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimisation.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting and positioning.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in ROI and metric analysis.
