Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Regional Marketing Manager to lead full‑funnel marketing activities across multiple markets for Etihad Airways. Working closely with senior marketing leaders and commercial teams, you will ensure campaigns are delivered on brand, on time and drive demand, route performance and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, including digital, social, sponsorships, OOH, partnerships and CRM.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals and deployment to guarantee seamless delivery in each market.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned markets, aligning activities with commercial priorities and supporting tactical offers, seasonal promotions and new route launches.
• Manage external agency partners, ensuring high‑quality output, brand compliance and performance targets.
• Track and analyse key metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, bookings and CPA, providing post‑campaign insights and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a consumer‑facing business, preferably airline or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Highly organized, delivery‑focused and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercially curious with a strong interest in performance drivers.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % to engage with markets on the ground.
