Regional Marketing Manager, Middle East

About the role

Uniphore is seeking a hands‑on Regional Marketing Manager to lead its Middle East marketing efforts from Dubai. The role partners closely with regional sales leadership to design and execute a marketing plan that drives pipeline and supports the company’s revenue targets across priority markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Middle East sales leadership to develop a regional marketing plan aligned with revenue goals.
• Design and run multi‑channel campaigns—including digital, events, partner co‑marketing and account‑based marketing—to generate pipeline and acquire customers.
• Lead ABM initiatives targeting priority accounts and coordinate regional events such as conferences, workshops and executive briefings.
• Track and report on the field‑marketing funnel, focusing on pipeline contribution and progress against regional revenue targets.
• Gather market insights to inform product positioning, validate sales practices and monitor the competitive landscape.
• Adapt global messaging and product narratives to resonate with local Middle East audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years (72 months) of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and translate account priorities into effective campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and pipeline impact.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for Middle East markets.
