Regional Offloads Operations Leader

About the role

The Regional Offloads Operations Leader drives operational execution across a defined region of offload partners, aligning performance with GE Aerospace’s business priorities, standards, and customer commitments. Reporting to the Global Offloads Operations Leader, the role ensures consistent shop execution, connects S&OP plans to actual performance, and leads regional operating mechanisms focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional oversight of offload partners, ensuring execution to business commitments and operational standards.
• Drive consistent shop execution through performance reviews, operating cadences, and standard work.
• Monitor and analyze SV data to link regional S&OP plans with shop performance and constraints.
• Identify operational gaps, emerging risks, and recovery actions via performance analysis and partner engagement.
• Partner with offload providers on joint operating reviews focused on SQDIP, execution discipline, and delivery performance.
• Escalate and resolve regional constraints with cross‑functional teams such as Materials, Quality, PSE, planning, and sourcing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, services, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading performance management across multiple sites or external partners.
• Strong ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
