Regional Retail Design Project Manager

About the role

The Regional Retail Design Project Manager leads retail design projects across MEA markets, ensuring that every store reflects brand guidelines and business objectives. The role serves as the main liaison between design, commercial, marketing, vendors and construction partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retail design projects from concept to execution, including shop‑in‑shops, wall units and gondolas.
• Revise 3D and technical drawings to meet brand and retailer standards.
• Coordinate with global project teams, local agencies and suppliers to ensure quality and timely installation.
• Track budgets, negotiate costs and maintain accurate project timelines and trackers.
• Provide regular status reports to the Global Retail team and collaborate with VM, Marketing and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• Designer or architect background (degree or equivalent) with at least 5 years of retail experience in luxury perfume, cosmetics or similar.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across several countries.
• Excellent communication, detail‑orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic a plus.
