Regional Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Abu Dhabi. This player‑coach role combines hands‑on selling with strategic leadership of a regional team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead by example through direct customer engagement and closing deals.
• Hire, train and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Build and execute regional sales plans aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure consistent value delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reporting and pipeline analysis.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of B2B/B2G technology sales experience with multi‑million‑dollar targets.
• Proven success in both individual sales and team leadership roles.
• Experience managing and scaling regional sales teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and executive presentation skills.
• Track record selling to senior executives (CISO, CIO) in enterprise or government accounts.
