About the role

Opella is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Dubai, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for its OTC and supplement brands. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

Implement sales strategies aligned with Opella’s corporate goals.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Set individual and team sales objectives and monitor performance.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within FMCG or pharmaceutical environments.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM systems.
Experience using sales reporting tools.
