About the role
We are a rapidly expanding global company seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive our growth across the Middle East. The role will oversee sales activities, build client relationships and lead a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies and achieve regional revenue targets.
- Lead, coach and develop the local sales team.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Travel across the region as required to support sales initiatives.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or business management.
- Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is an asset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East.
