About the role

We are a rapidly expanding global company seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive our growth across the Middle East. The role will oversee sales activities, build client relationships and lead a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies and achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop the local sales team.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Travel across the region as required to support sales initiatives.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business management.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East.
