Regional Sales Manager (UAE)

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will own Trukker’s enterprise shipper business across the UAE, driving revenue, margin and volume growth. This player‑coach position combines hands‑on selling of strategic accounts with building and leading a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the UAE enterprise sales targets – revenue, gross margin and load volume – on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Lead acquisition and expansion of large corporate shippers in sectors such as FMCG, retail, manufacturing, e‑commerce and 3PL.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline, steering complex, multi‑stakeholder deals from prospecting through negotiation, contracting and go‑live.
• Structure commercial proposals, rate cards and RFP responses that balance win rate with profitability.
• Develop senior‑level relationships within key accounts and act as the escalation point for strategic customers.
• Lead, coach and hold accountable a team of Enterprise Account Managers and Business Development reps, setting targets, territories and performance metrics.
• Run disciplined sales cadences – pipeline reviews, forecasting and CRM hygiene – to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
• Partner with Operations, Pricing and Finance to ensure capacity, service levels and deal profitability.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of enterprise/key‑account wins and quota over‑achievement.
• Prior experience managing and coaching a sales team.
• Background in logistics, freight, transportation, supply‑chain, 3PL or a related B2B/marketplace environment.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE/GCC market and an existing network of enterprise shippers.
• Fluent English (Arabic a plus); strong consultative and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• UAE driving licence preferred and willingness to travel within the region.
