Registered DOH Nurse – Homecare (Al Ain, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Registered DOH Nurse to join our home‑care team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients in their homes while adhering to Department of Health (DOH) regulations and maintaining professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home‑care environment.
• Assess health conditions, monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Develop, implement and maintain individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use and preventive health practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection‑control protocols and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid DOH license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi (or DHA/MOH eligibility letter).
• Valid nursing registration in the home country.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient‑care abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour day shifts, five days a week.
