Registered DOH Nurse – Homecare (Al Ain)

About the role

We are looking for qualified Registered DOH Nurses to provide high‑quality nursing care in a homecare setting in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering patient‑centered care while ensuring compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Assess health conditions and regularly monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication usage, and preventive health practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Ensure adherence to DOH regulations, infection‑control protocols, and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid DOH license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi (DHA or MOH eligibility letter accepted).
• Valid nursing registration in the home country.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour day shifts, five days a week, with two days off.
• Previous experience in homecare nursing or community healthcare is preferred.
