Registered Nurse – Accident & Emergency

About the role

The Accident & Emergency department at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality clinical outcomes and a safe environment for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in line with clinical standards, legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals and support staff to deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Identify, prevent and manage clinical risks, adhering to the hospital’s risk management policies.
• Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive and therapeutic environment.
• Mentor, supervise and coach junior staff and learners to build competence and confidence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is advantageous.
• Basic Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
