About the role

The Registered Nurse – Emergency & Trauma Care will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing to individuals presenting with acute illnesses, traumatic injuries and life‑threatening emergencies in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, triage and stabilize patients with traumatic injuries and emergency conditions.
• Deliver evidence‑based emergency and trauma nursing care, including resuscitation support.
• Administer medications and emergency treatments while ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage critical and rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DOH/DHA regulatory standards.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care journey.
• Adhere to quality, safety, infection‑prevention and emergency‑preparedness standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid medical license from the Department of Health (DOH) as a Registered Nurse or eligibility to obtain one.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Emergency, Trauma or Acute Care nursing.
• Experience in trauma resuscitation and management of critically ill patients.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead a team.
