Registered Nurse – Emirati Talent (UAE Nationals)

About the role

As a Registered Nurse at the Imperial College London Diabetes & Endocrine Centre, you will deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care to individuals with diabetes and endocrine disorders. The role supports patients throughout their outpatient journey and contributes to positive clinical outcomes within a multidisciplinary team. This position is targeted at UAE nationals who are eager to impact community health while advancing their nursing career.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow to ensure a seamless outpatient experience and efficient clinic operations.
• Perform nursing assessments and clinical procedures such as vital signs monitoring, venipuncture, specimen collection, and medication administration.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the Cerner electronic medical record.
• Support physicians and allied health professionals during consultations, examinations, and outpatient procedures.
• Provide education to patients and families on treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Revenue Cycle Management to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, incident reporting, and management of clinical supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid medical license or eligibility from the Department of Health (DOH).
• 1‑3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proven leadership or team‑lead experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills under pressure.
