Registered Nurse - Home Care

About the role

Vesta Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join its team. The organization provides personalized, professional medical services in the comfort of patients' own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols.
• Assess patients thoroughly, including physical examinations, vital signs monitoring and medication management.
• Administer medications, treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians and document all interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans and set appropriate goals.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment, adjust care plans and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and work with physicians, therapists and other professionals involved in care.

Required profile

• Valid DHA license as a registered nurse.
• Compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care.
