Registered Nurse – Home Healthcare

About the role

We are hiring Registered Nurses for home healthcare assignments across the United Arab Emirates. The role offers a structured schedule with no night shifts, focusing on caring for one patient per assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in a home healthcare setting.
• Monitor patients' health conditions, document observations, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow care plans, and ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members, adhering to infection control and patient safety standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a recognized nursing qualification and valid DOH eligibility.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in home healthcare is an advantage.
• Strong patient care, communication, and clinical skills.
• Willingness to attend a face‑to‑face interview (online interview possible for candidates abroad).

What we offer

• Salary: AED 6,500–8,500 per month (freshers AED 6,500–7,500, experienced AED 8,000–8,500).
• Work schedule: 22 working days per month, no night shifts, one patient per assignment.
• Company‑provided visa, medical insurance, and transportation.
