Registered Nurse - ICU

About the role

Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai is recruiting one Registered Nurse for its ICU, with a closing date of 29 October 2026. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
• Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under the guidance of nursing leadership.
• Build employee competence by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• At least five years of recent experience in an ICU in the UAE or the Middle East.
• Basic Arabic language skills; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Preference will be given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization program.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
