Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our long‑term care team. The RN will provide continuous, high‑quality nursing care to residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or age‑related conditions, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate changes in residents’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses and nursing assistants.
• Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and health conditions.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety policies, and regulatory standards.
• Document patient records accurately and respond to medical emergencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in medical/surgical or ICU settings.
• Valid DOH or DHA nursing license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
