Registered Nurse – Long Term Care

About the role

Provita International Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Long Term Care (LTC) to join its multidisciplinary team in Al Ain. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care, education, and emotional support within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, including education on health conditions and emotional support for patients and families.
• Perform systematic patient assessments, re‑assessments, and collect pertinent health data.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in partnership with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Record vital signs, recognize abnormalities, and escalate issues according to protocol.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Deliver wound‑care management and assist with both invasive and non‑invasive medical procedures.
• Facilitate safe patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and ensure competence in pain management.

Required profile

• Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public, and offer emotional support.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• IV therapy and administration
