About the role
Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care on a medical ward, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence and a learning environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum two years recent experience in a medical‑surgical ward.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language proficiency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
