About the role
Mediclinic Parkview Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Dubai. The role involves delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to foster a learning environment and build competence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in a Level 3 NICU.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language proficiency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
