About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Operating Theatre team. You will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality patient care in collaboration with a multi‑professional team, following clinical standards and legislation.
Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
Foster a learning environment by supervising, mentoring and coaching junior staff and learners.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum two years of nursing experience in your home country; three years recent hospital experience preferred.
UAE experience is advantageous.

Required skills

Basic Arabic language proficiency.
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
