Registered Nurse – Outpatient Clinic

About the role

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its outpatient clinic in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while adhering to professional and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, following clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Foster positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Mentor, supervise, and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence and a learning culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country and two years in a multidisciplinary outpatient/clinic setting.
• Basic Arabic language skills and strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Preference will be given to candidates meeting UAE Emiratization requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
