Registered Nurse – Outpatient/Clinic

About the role

Mediclinic Madinat Zayed is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its outpatient/clinic team. You will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
• Create a positive patient experience by fostering a supportive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Support a learning environment by supervising, mentoring, and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in your home country; UAE experience is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates in line with the UAE Emiratization Program.

Required skills

• Basic Arabic language proficiency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
