Registered Nurse - Paediatric Oncology

About the role

Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai is seeking a Registered Nurse specialised in paediatric oncology to join its multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on delivering safe, patient‑centred care to children undergoing cancer treatment while adhering to regulatory and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care in collaboration with physicians, pharmacists and allied health professionals.
• Identify, prevent and manage clinical risks in line with patient safety policies.
• Promote a positive patient experience by creating a supportive environment.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and nursing students, fostering a learning culture.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in paediatric oncology or general paediatrics.
• Experience in the UAE is advantageous.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
