Registered Nurse – Paediatrics (Marina Clinic)

About the role

The Outpatient Department Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients attending the outpatient facility or clinic. The role involves recording patient histories, performing diagnostic tests, administering medications, and developing patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of evidence‑based care to patients.
• Adhere to Dubai Health Authority guidelines and all relevant regulatory standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs on an ongoing basis.
• Provide regular and accurate updates to patients and their relatives, ensuring communication is sensitive and easy to understand.
• Support patients, caregivers, and families by involving them in the care process and providing health education.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, respecting dignity, privacy, cultural and religious beliefs.
• Communicate patient condition and care information clearly to the multidisciplinary team.
• Work flexibly across the organization to maintain safe staffing levels.

Required profile

• UAE Medical Health Authority (DHA) nursing license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a paediatric hospital or similar setting.
