About the role

Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai is recruiting one Registered Nurse for its Pediatric Ward. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under nursing leadership.
Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build their competence.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
At least 3 years of recent pediatric ward or NICU experience.
Experience in the UAE or the Middle East.
Basic Arabic language skills.

Required skills

Knowledge of patient safety standards.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
