Registered Nurse – Pulmonology (Outpatient)

About the role

The Registered Nurse – Pulmonology will work in the Marina Clinic outpatient department, delivering evidence‑based nursing care to patients with respiratory conditions. The role supports physicians and dentists during examinations and procedures, ensures infection‑control standards, and assists with medical emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑standard, evidence‑based care to out‑patient pulmonary patients.
• Assist physicians and dentists during clinical examinations, procedures, and dental radiography.
• Operate medical and dental equipment, maintain hygiene standards, and sterilize instruments.
• Administer medications, perform basic life support, and respond to medical emergencies.
• Manage medical insurance approvals and communicate status to patients and the team.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensure confidentiality, and participate in nursing audits and quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• UAE DHA license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (minimum two‑year program).
• Registered Nurse qualification from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand or Australia.
• Minimum two years of experience in a hospital or similar setting.

Required skills

• Dental radiography.
• Operation of medical and dental equipment.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.
• Infection‑control and sterilization procedures.
• Medical insurance processing.
