Registered Nurse – VIP Home Healthcare (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking experienced, compassionate Registered Nurses to join our private home healthcare team in Dubai. You will provide one‑to‑one, patient‑focused nursing care to high‑net‑worth individuals in private residences and luxury hotels, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one nursing care in home and hotel settings.
• Support patients with chronic conditions, mobility needs, and geriatric care.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for seamless care.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments when required.
• Provide emotional support and build trusted, long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DHA license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in hospital or home healthcare.
• Experience with geriatric, long‑term, or VIP/private patients preferred.
• Highly professional, well‑presented, and confident in client‑facing environments.
• Discreet, respectful, and culturally aware.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently based in the UAE (preferred).
